Our Services

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

At the Southwestern Regional Day Report Center, we offer outpatient treatment five days a week in our four centers, as well as telehealth services. We recognize that people find recovery in many different ways: detox, inpatient treatment, abstinence, medically-assisted treatment, and many more. Our providers can help link and refer clients to other treatment services, and based an initial mental health assessment, our treatment team will work with patients to build an individualized treatment plan to meet their specific needs and goals.

Our Programs

Fresh Start uses agricultural and artisanal programming, along with SUD treatment, to allow clients to reconnect to their community.

Project Empower provides family planning and treatment support to pregnant and parenting individuals and those of childbearing age who may be impacted by problematic substance use.

The Directions Program provides supportive recovery housing to people with SUD who have been convicted of a non-violent felony and have a high risk of reoffending.

The Quick Response Team visits each residence where a non-fatal overdose has been reported within the last 72 and offers linkage to treatment.
