What is Project Empower

Project Empower is a community-based, non-punitive effort aimed at reducing neonatal abstinence syndrome in Logan County, West Virginia.

Project Empower provides family planning and treatment support to pregnant and parenting individuals and those of childbearing age who may be impacted by problematic substance abuse.

Project Empower connects individuals and families to effective services that can help with crisis stabilization and promote long-term health, safety, and recovery.

Project Empower services are open to any individual for childbearing age who has a problem with substance abuse. There is no fee for the services offered. All participant information is confidential, and privacy is protected.
