Vision: Our community embraces and celebrates recovery from substance use disorder as a force for positive change.

Mission: The Southwestern Regional Day Report Center exists to ensure everyone affected by substance use disorder in the southwestern region of West Virginia–Boone County, Lincoln County, Logan County, and Mingo County–has a fighting chance at recovery, especially those impacted by the criminal justice system.
